Purpose of this job

To develop, communicate and implement recruitment policy/ training program in company.

To support achieve HR strategic objective with effective assessment measures, proper recruitment channels and training systems and execution.

Job Responsibilities:


1) To fulfill job vacancies in company with high quality talents from the market and build up talent pool

2) Develop/enhance and execute recruitment policy/programs in company to ensure its alignment with HR strategy and assist business development.

3) Full life cycle management of recruitment process (JD discussion, CV screening, tel-interview, first round interview, hiring manager interview arrangement, offer proposal, offer delivery/negotiation, medical check, reference check etc. )

4) Maintain and update recruitment dashboard on weekly basis, including Hiring status report and analysis to HR management team.

5) Responsible for recruitment events, including but not limited to job fairs, assessment centers, campus roadshows etc.


1) Responsible for company training course operations and logistics as per company Policies.

2) Ensure all program logistics are on track and timely implementation according to the schedule.

3) Participate and support large training projects in order to ensure smooth project implementation

4) Develop & deliver the induction training program with related new enter staff.

Job Requirements:

1)College degree or above with majors in Management or Human resource preferable.

2)Above 5 years’ experience in HR field and at least 3 years solid experience in HR recruitment functions, preferable with knowledge and experience in office furniture.

3)Above 5 years’ experience on training and capability or potential of training course delivery

4)High personal integrity level and ethical level.

5)Hard working, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

6)Proactive and result oriented.

7)Good communication skill and strong influential skills.

8)Excellent English and Chinese in both written and speaking.

9)Team player, with proven leadership skills.

10)Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
