工作职责：1、制定公司数据分析、报表、大数据数字化的规划与推进；2、负责数据分析与报表项目的建设和实施；3、负责公司数据分析与报表系统正常运行的管理；4、梳理业务指标体系，构建分析模型框架；挖掘与发挥SAP BW在业务中的作用；5、其他与财务分析、报表、大数据的相关工作。岗位要求：1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；5年以上SAP BW开发经验；2、精通BW相应技能，包括需求分析、数据源（接口）开发、模型及例程开发、报表开发、权限机制、性能调优等；3、熟悉帆软报表平台，如Fine BI，Fine Report；4、有ABAP开发技能，熟悉SQL；5、熟悉制造、消费品企业业务，具备报表体系及指标框架的梳理能力；6、熟悉信息系统建设等相关流程及要求，掌握主流的业务分析、报表、大数据系统；7、具备优良的项目管理经验与团队管理经验
