职位描述：
Job Overview and Responsibilities
Deliver logistic service within the areas of International freight and import, Customs handling from overseas/domestics supply sources to divisions within Solvay APAC group.
Provide necessary Import/Export required documents to support Import/Export Customs clearance.
Track and trace import shipments and update status in a timely manner, incl. follow up vessel/flight details, ATD/ATA, ATA at Solvay’s warehouse confirmation & maintain shipment dates in SAP.
Monitor forwarding performance KPI of import/export category.
Coordinate forwarding and Internal finance team to provide property support payment documents to ensure clear internal company payment.
Other on-job tasks assigned.
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in relative area (supply chain/ international trading / domestic distribution … and etc )
5+ years of relevant working experience in Logistics/ Shipping, familiar with SAP or other ERP system (including workflow, logic and reporting analytics required).
Knowledge of chemical/ plastics industrial and operations process, is a plus.
Familiar with Logistics process (warehouse, forwarding) & Customs regulations, especially in WGQ Free Trade Zone operation.

Good English communication capability and Office (Excel and Word) fluent user
Ability to work autonomously and with multicultural teams
