Lead the team to plan and execute short-term & long-term sales and marketing
strategy and plan to achieve the sales targets of e-commerce and offline sales
Responsibilities:
• P&L management, formulate strategic business plan and direction to achieve business growth and financial goals in China

• Lead the team to plan and execute short-term & long-term sales and marketing strategy and plan to achieve the sales targets of e-commerce and offline retail
• Lead, structure and continuously develop a team to support annual and strategic development plans, e-commerce operations, marketing and promotion activities
to dive the traffic and boost the sales growth
• Identify the external partners for production/OEM projects and supply chain to meet market demands in a timely and cost effectiveness manner
• Collaborate with manufacturing team on sourcing & merchandising, product development and pricing; ensure the product and distribution plans achieve business targets
• Manage and review sales performance by market, category and channels, provide suggestions on the sales and marketing activities to maximize in season opportunities
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing Finance or business discipline
• 8-10 years strong track record of leadership and success in managing a profitable FMCG sales and marketing organization, with start-up exposure is preferred
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with proven track record in e-commerce business achievement
• P&L ownership and experience to start a new business from end to end
• Trace record in new product development and commercialization process a distinct advantage, verified by successful track
• Sound knowledge in business reporting such as business performance report and analysis, and financial/budgeting processes
