Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements individual sales targets, driving initiatives to achieve set objectives effectively;
- Ensures seamless order fulfillment by meticulously overseeing existing orders from inception to completion;
- Supports and manages distributors within the designated region to optimize performance;
- Identifies and penetrates promising international markets, bolstering brand recognition for ultrasound products locally and expanding market reach;
- Showcases ultrasound products at professional exhibitions and fairs;
- Provides comprehensive reports, work plans, and market analyses to management to keep them informed of activities and territory dynamics;
- Monitors market competition by gathering and analyzing current pricing, product offerings, and delivery schedules;Addresses customer complaints by investigating issues, devising solutions, and presenting findings and recommendations to the management team;
- Collaborates with the Service team to resolve customer concerns promptly;
- Offers feedback to the R&D team based on sales performance to optimize product offerings.
Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related fields such as mechanical and electrical engineering, biomedical science, or human sciences;
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, preferably within the Medical Imaging Device sector;
- Demonstrates exceptional English communication skills;Exhibits strong abilities in business expansion and account management;
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
