Essential Functions/Duties
1. Lead and manage cross functional of company’s operation, including operations, supply chain, quality, and customer service, dotted line responsibility for sales, finance, human resources, and engineering.
2. Manage the customer experience to deliver exceptional customer service, developing relationships with key stakeholders and responding to customer enquirers and complaints as may be required.

3. Manage all business operations and the interactions between departments to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the site.
4. Achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory targets. Create and monitor department metrics to support these targets and ensure much results are communicated to appropriate personnel/departments.
5. In liaison with the Leadership Team, determine the Strategy for site Operations. Participates in the strategic planning process to improve the financial and productivity success of site operations and related areas within the overall Business Plan.
6. Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to meet or exceed approved revenue and P&L objectives, increase efficiency and improve productivity & manufacturing processes. Develop and manage the overall department budgets to target.
7. Monitor financial activities to ensure full compliance with appropriate corporate and local operating standards.
8. Ensure compliance with all appropriate Employment, Quality, Safety and Environmental and Sustainability legislation and standards.
9. Responsible for hiring/termination recommendations, development, training, coordination and scheduling of personnel ensuring manpower is appropriately and efficiently utilize to maximize productivity.
10. Manage the performance, motivation and engagement of employees through the effective use of Success Factors or other such system as may be implemented from time to time.
11. Ensure all personnel work within a positive work environment and that they are aware of the Company’s goals and objectives, mission and values.
12. Ensure all products are manufactured, assembled and shipped as required to meet customer schedules and quality requirements and that procedures for the same are maintained in a current and controlled status.
13. Establish and lead Continuous Improvement/Lean processes that result in the most effective and efficient use of all resources whilst reducing costs.
14. Work with the Engineering and other departments as necessary to evaluate the impact of new designs on manufacturing processes. Determine the most efficient implementation of process changes to meet new production requirements.
15. Create and implement an optimum manufacturing and inventory management strategy to maximize revenue opportunities, whilst minimizing inventory risk. Assist with the inventory management
function to ensure that inventory of finished product is effectively planned, manufactured/purchased, and delivered to customers meeting service objectives while enhancing financial performance.
16. Keep abreast of changes to Company Policies and Procedures, Terms and Conditions, ensuring that the same are adhered to and met.
17. Respond to change positively and productively and handle other tasks and projects as may be required.
Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent standard of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Good knowledge of different business functions, including financial planning.
Experience of strategy formulation and implementation.
Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated negotiation and/or facilitation ability.
Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, work independently and employ effective time management skills.
Proficiency in the manufacturing modules of an ERP system.
Demonstrated leadership skills with Manager of managers experience.
Demonstrated experience of lean and six sigma methodologies.
