JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement a robust sales strategy, manage sales activities in designated countries and regions;
2. Coordinate and integrate resources, independently or lead a team to achieve sales targets;
3. Establish and maintain channels and partners, consolidate business relationships and continuously expand new channels;
4. Design and build targeted training and strategic guidance to empower sales staff and enhance their competitiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above, no major limit;
2. Priority will be given to those with food or condiment sales experience, or familiar with the consumer goods industry model;
3. Proficient in Chinese and local languages, good communication and writing skills;
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different business environments, and an accurate grasp of market development trends.
