- Channel Management: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for JD, Tmall, Douyin, Pinduoduo, and Kuaishou. Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all platforms to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Livestreaming and KOL Engagement: Manage relationships with livestreamers and KOLs, coordinating product placements and promotional campaigns. Develop and maintain a robust KOL matrix, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Negotiation and Management of Distributors: Negotiate terms and conditions with distributors and manage their performance to ensure alignment with company goals. Develop and implement strategies to manage and optimize distributor relationships.
- Sales Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets for all e-commerce channels, ensuring consistent growth and profitability. Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of e-commerce specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics tools to inform strategic decisions, optimizing marketing spend and improving ROI. Regularly review and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Coordinate efforts to align e-commerce initiatives with broader company goals and strategies.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or above is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record in the Chinese market.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, particularly JD, Tmall, Douyin, Pinduoduo, and Kuaishou.
- Experience in managing livestreaming campaigns and KOL collaborations.
- Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage distributor relationships effectively.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in using e-commerce analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
