Follow through the action plans for all identified Critical Issues at global level
Conduct benchmarking analysis against competitors and industry analysis for identification of opportunities and improvement areas
Coordinate the budgeting process to ensure the resource allocation plans are in line with the overall strategic directions and fully capitalized on opportunities that drive business results and maximize capacity growth
Facilitate performance review and track on the key projects/issues to drive continuous improvement
Initiate/Support ad-hoc strategic projects/tasks
skills and experience required.
MBA holder or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of strategic planning and/or business planning experience in leading FMCG companies with solid projects
Experience of working on business transformation is preferred
Previous experience in consultancy firm and delivering presentation to senior management level audiences from FMCG companies is an advantage
