中锋用笔,不偏不倚

或许在职场经历过一番风雨之后,我们会面临各种各样的机遇和选择。然而,在面临着种种诱惑的时候,立好衡量自我的标度,把持自我显得尤为重要。“对于一只盲目的船来说,所有方向的风都是逆风。”明确方向,为自己掌舵,才能避免随波逐流。

停滞迂回,缓缓出头

Marketing Communication Specialist

工作职责:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing communications plan to build and grow Ecolab brand in Institutionalsegments-strategic thinking

  • Plan and execute branding &marketing communication activities to support business growth through both traditional and digital tools

    1. Lead the communication plan of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives

    2. Develop systematic customer-facing and field-facing sales tools, including product literature, point of sales materials, videos, sales support website, social media tools, etc

    3. Develop strategy and manage Institutionalexternal communications including but not limited to the news release, public relations activities, press communication, industrial events

    4. Organize and coordinate industry trade shows, partnership events, and customer events

    5. Partner with the portfolio marketing team to build successful communication tools to support program launches

  • Lead Institutional internal communication initiatives including associate newsletters, cross-division –enterprise sales communication, and annual sales meetings. ESS-sales support

  • Manage vendor partners including agencies, contractors, and liaison with Ecolab corporate communications and division partners

  • Manage annual marketing communications budget and drive for return on investment optimization

任职要求:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, marketing communications, or similar
  • 2+ years marketing communications experience
  • Experience setting brand leadership strategy and tactics
  • Managing communications efforts across multiple customer touchpoints and media channels – including print, email, digital
  • Ability to effectively manage large, complex projects in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent project management experience with scope definition, budget, quality, time, etc
  • Leadership and managerial experience with vendor partners
  • Demonstrate business to business communications expertise
  • Excellent team player and demonstrate learning agility in the dynamic business environment
  • Demonstrate strong skills in problem-solving and negotiating to ensure all communication elements fit strategy to create impactful messages and delivery against business objectives
  • Communication excellency both verbal and written in Mandarin and English
  • Strong skill set in Microsoft office
