The results of the 2024 Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) have been unveiled, with ABB China being voted the Most Attractive Employer in China's Industrial & Manufacturing Sector. This accolade is based on the comprehensive attractiveness rankings provided by the research.

The REBR evaluates employer brand awareness, attractiveness, and the influence of the workforce on the local labor market. Companies are assessed against 10 employer value proposition (EVP) factors, which include attractive salary and benefits, a healthy work-life balance, and opportunities for career progression.

According to the survey, 81.3% of mainland Chinese respondents expressed a willingness to work for ABB China, indicating strong awareness of the company's employer brand. ABB China received high ratings in several EVP categories, including ‘financial health’, ‘job security’, ‘good reputation’, and ‘care for the environment and giving back to society’.
