Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) starts in 2000 and 2024 marks the 12th year of REBR in China. Through the research, we capture talent mobility and the factors behind it, listen to the views and voices of employees in the local market, and explore the trends of talent demand and employee expectations in the ever-changing socioeconomic and labor market.
This year’s findings show ‘attractive salaries and benefits’ is once again the most important driver for China's workforce, surpassing long-term job security, which has been the top driver for the past two years. In the face of slowing economic growth and rising costs due to inflation, the workforce is also becoming more pragmatic when it comes to money.
