Responsibilities
- Leads MFE to implement integrated manufacturing assembly, molding processes, and tooling design for manufacturing sites. Ensure timely execution of Manufacturing Readiness Level deliverables (Flow chart, PFMEA, WI, EP, DOE, MSA).
- Be responsible for project G5 successful by technical coordinating, defining and launching manufacturing process, assembly line and tool.
- Takes project scope including all NPI and Sustaining project improvement, work starting from G1, and building up design-to-manufacturing capabilities.
- Support project for sample preparation, qualification, and release.
- As team leader, continuously focusing on talent development, capability improvement and employee engagement to build a high qualified and performance team with natural problem solver abilities to propose solutions confidently, coordinating and ensuring manufacturing teams deliver on time and right first time, thus achieving KPI’s and financial targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working with a manufacturing or engineering organization required, preference in the automotive industry.
- Working knowledge of the development of products manufactured processes; Molding, platting, stamping and assembly.
- Analytically minded and data-driven, logical thinking, applying a holistic overview of complex situations
- Bi-lingual in Chinese and English
- Proficient in MS Project and AutoCAD or other layout software
- Strong business acumen communication abilities (written and verbal)
