You will report to the APAC regional sales director, and support Greater China, Japan, Korean region. You are standing at a whole APAC perspective and look after the overall business strategy and development.

- Ensuring that the budget for sales, margin and growth in responsible region are achieved.
- Defining the roadmap for a sustainable business development in APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and monitoring sales functional excellence.
- Drive Professional multi brand integration & synergy deployments in the region.
- Drive new channel development initiatives such as ecommerce & Selective Retail.
- Support on identifying, exploring and developing new market development opportunities by assessing appropriate GtM models.
- Explore and develop new growth potentials by working closely with regional Sales and market GM.

- Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA is a plus.
- 5 to 10 years of working experience.
- English can be used as working language.
- 5+ year of sales related experience FMCG industry.
- Expert in regional Go-to market business model strategy & channel management.
- 2+ years of Asia regional role.
- Strategic thinking and strong cross function communication skill.
