3、Provide guidance for technician, Assign the task to technician, and follow up the progress to complete as schedule.
4、Responsible for laboratory equipment operation and coaching.
5、Support project leader for local and global project.
6、Work independently for short-term project
7、The analytical experience like Thermal analysis, structural analysis…
8、Develop new product to meet market/customer demand.
9、Support TS, and collaborate with R&I, quality…
10、Search for internal and external resources.
11、Communication with suppliers and partly customers
Requirements：
1、Bachelor (> 5 years experience) or Master (> 2 years experience) equivalent in Polymer, Chemistry, or Material Science. The analytical ability is required.
2、Possess experience in two or more of the following technical areas is plus: polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer rheology, polymer adhesion, polymer formulation, polymer molding, or polymer characterization.
3、Proven communication skills and ability to perform within a cross-functional team environment.
4、Ability to drive change initiatives.
5、Interpersonal and communication skills.
