    1. Prospecting and Lead Generation
      • Actively seek out potential clients through various channels such as online research, industry events, networking, and referrals.
      • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand the company's client base.
      • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in target industries.
    2. Client Acquisition
      • Present the company's exhibition services and value propositions to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
      • Customize sales pitches and proposals to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client.
      • Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring that all contractual terms and conditions are favorable to the company.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials to attract potential clients.
    3. Client Relationship Management
      • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
      • Proactively address any client concerns or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
      • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients, such as premium exhibition packages, sponsorships, and add - on services.
      • Develop and implement client retention strategies to minimize client churn and maximize client lifetime value.
    4. Sales Target Achievement
      • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
      • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
      • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
    5. Team Collaboration
      • Work closely with the event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of exhibition events and client satisfaction.

    1. Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    2. Experience

      • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
    3. Skills and Competencies
