    • Lead and manage a sales team of 50 members to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the petrochemical and refining industries.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure sustainable business growth.
    • Achieve and manage a business scale exceeding 500 million RMB in annual revenue.
    • Provide mentorship and professional development for the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.


    skills and experience required.

    • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Process Equipment and Control, or a related field.
    • More than 15 years of work experience, with a strong focus on the petrochemical and refining industries.
    • Proven experience managing large-scale business operations, with responsibility for revenue exceeding 500 million RMB.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with prior experience managing a team of 50 or more.
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
