1.Set up an up-to-date digital solution & technology visibility which covers end-to-end supply chain processes; build up GSC China digitization mid-term roadmap to align with the strategic framework of Global GSC, China Operations, and GSC China.
2.Build up digital process Subject Matter Expert(SME) and it’s Super User Committee(SUC) networks together with business owner & IPO to ensure fully usage of all digital tools and the engagement in continuous improvement.
3.Facilitate Digital workshop, communication, and the sharing of the digital best practice among regions, clusters, and plants/DCs.
4.Manage key transformation in terms of GSC China Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure foundation.
5.Manage GSC China IT Budget , validate, prioritize, and execute GSC China annual digitization transformation portfolios with GSC China cluster/entity, Finance, and local IPO team; to ensure value proposition and speed.
6.Be the leader of GSC China Strategic Planning on Digital roadmap and transformation.
7.Be the leader of GSC China Digital Networks and people digital competence.
8.Manage GSC China IT Budget and lead the coordination with different Digital networks (such as, China Operations, IPO, GSC, etc).
9.Guide GSC China digital journey to boost customer delivery experience and operational efficiency by managing an up-to-date end-to-end supply chain digital solution & technology visibility and taking the digital best practice among regions, clusters, and plants/DCs
10.Manage the transformation in terms of GSC China Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure foundation.

1.Bachelor's degree in computer science or related major, master's degree is a plus.

3.Excellent Mandarin language skills and English language skills.
4.Effective communication skills at all levels.
