Responsibility
1. Assist Merchandising department by giving professional technical support, improve the company's overall technical capabilities
为采购部提供专业技术支持，提高公司整体技术能力
2. Review on each design case, ensure the correctness and effectiveness of product design
对每个设计案例进行设计审核，确保产品设计的正确性和有效性
3. Design the technical spec, propose and validate inspection methodology and help solve quality issue
设计基础参数指标，建议和审核验货标准并协助解决品质问题
4. Secure the development projects in line with lead-time, cost and quality expectations
在控制交期、成本和品质的基础上确保产品开发进度
5. Be responsible for technical communication with suppliers and overseas team (or customers)
负责与供应商、海外工作团队（或客户） 做技术沟通
6. Identify cost-design alignment issues or cheaper options thanks to technical proposals
判断成本与设计符合度或提供成本控制的技术改善方案
7. Fulfil l other job assignments given by the Line Manager per day to day business needs which might not be listed in this document

8. Identification of relevant suppliers for each request

9. Structured project management methodology to ensure on-time and cost actions.

Experiences & Skills Required
1. University degree or above , major in Mechanical or Mold Engineering or similar areas
机械 、模具工程或 相关专业毕业，大学本科学历 或以上
2. Experience from plastic industry or cosmetic packaging industry
拥有塑料行业或化妆品包装行业工作经验
3. More than 5 years’ experience of technical background, familiar with injection molding & production process
具有5年以上年以上技术相关经验，熟悉注塑成型生产工艺技术
4. Strong sense of responsibility, honesty and dedication
强烈的工作责任心、诚实敬业
5. Can work under pressure, willing to travel
能在压力下工作，可接受出差
6. Cooperate with teammates, have project management & interpersonal communication skills
能与工作团队合作，具备能与工作团队合作，具备项目项目管理管理和人际沟通和人际沟通能力；
7. Good master of written and spoken English and Chinese languages
