Responsibilities:
1. Team Management
2. Take charge of new project quality planning and management within company target.
3. Lead new project customer audit
4. Lead customer complaint, root cause analysis, escalate management on critical quality issues
5. Lead the Cost of Quality Management, to drive continue improvement with structured problem-solving methodology
6. Other tasks assign by Senior Leader
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant
2. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA certification;
3. More than 8 years of working experience in quality assurance and 3~5 years team management as well, automotive experience is preferred.
4. Familiar with TS16949. APQP.
5. Proficient in written and oral English
6. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D.
7. Process audit and product audit skills;
8. Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949;
9. Good communication skill, ownership, leadership, proactive thinking.
10. Good problem solving skill, 6 sigma, Red-X certified is preferred.
