Job Responsibilities:
As the head of commercial- Aisa Pacific Regionof the company, you will be responsible for the new business development, management, and strategy to grow the Asia Pacific region. Be keen to new opportunities and changes, lead the business grow sustainably and report directly to the VP AP region.
Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve sales targets and continuously increase market share.
Lead and integrate sales teams of various subsidiaries, motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales targets, and cultivate high-performance teams.
Explore new markets and customer resources, establish and maintain long-term partnerships, and expand business channels.
Analyze market trends and competitors, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand influence.
Manage sales budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution of sales activities and achieve expected results.
Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, optimize sales processes, improve customer satisfaction, and business efficiency.
Continuously track sales performance and market dynamics, adjust strategies promptly to respond to market changes.
Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and regulations, maintain the company's image and reputation.
Be responsible for the development of sales channels and channel management in Asia Pacific region, including OEM customers, industrial distribution customers, E-commerce customers etc.
Support additional strategic company targets.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior management positions. Demonstrating successful leadership of sales teams while achieving sales growth year over year. Working experience in automotive is preferred.
Adapt to frequent global business trips, including but not limited to Asia and other regions.
Outstanding communication, coordination, leadership, and team motivation skills to drive teams towards achieving business objectives.
Strong professional ethics, teamwork spirit, proactive, results-oriented, and ability to adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Must be fluent in both written and oral English.
