- Manage day-to-day operations with a designated mega-distributor, ensuring sales target achievement and contract compliance.
- Execute joint business plans: Monitor sell-out performance, coordinate promotional activities, and provide distributor sales team training.
- Act as the primary liaison between the distributor and internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to resolve operational issues (e.g., order fulfillment, payment terms).
- Analyze distributor inventory health and provide monthly sell-through/sell-in reports with actionable insights.
- Support new product launches by ensuring distributor buy-in and execution alignment.
skills and experience required.
- 5+ years in FMCG sales, with 3+ years hands-on experience managing distributors/resellers
- Proven ability to maintain key account relationships (experience with distributors managing)
- Fluent in English, Team player
- preferably from Top MNC FMCG background in food/beverage/health categories).
