In order to increase their competitiveness in China, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to develop the Electric Vehicle (EV) market in China.
about the role
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies for the China region, aligning with overall corporate goals
Identify and evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
Drive the expansion of the Division focusing on market penetration and capturing new business opportunities
Develop and execute effective market entry strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless execution of business strategies
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and cohesion across different departments
about the candidate
5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus in the Automotive EV industry
MUST have experience working in the Test & Measurement or Precision Instruments industry
Able to understand technical drawings
Fluent in English and Chinese
Candidates with Bachelors in Engineering would have an edge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
