Responsibilities:
1. Manage a Sustaining team through use category strategies covering all categories of direct material.
2. Manages an Advanced Sourcing team that works cross functionally to support new products.
3. Achieve annual goals for assigned KPIs - Productivity, STR etc.

4. Monitor and ensure ethical behavior of Global Procurement and Advanced Sourcing teams to TE standards and local laws and regulations.
5. Achieve TEOA star levels as per the plan developed on an annual basis.
6. On an evergreen basis, work within the NAM procurement team to construct and continually update the materials productivity pipeline to achieve cost savings goals.
7. Support product line production transitions by developing a localized / regionalized alternative supply base aligned to the new production location.
8. Promote and ensure site use of corporate-supplied tools and suppliers for applicable purchasing activities.
9. Ensure appropriate interaction, support and use of the both the Transportation and Corporate Procurement teams, to assist in the attainment of KPIs and expand the broader leverage of TE.
Requirements:
1. At least 8 years of relatable Procurement/Sourcing, Supply Chain or Logistics experience, with at least 3 years of leading related teams in a global structure.
2. Proven track record that demonstrates ability to achieve desired results
3. Strong people & organizational leadership skills: Person of true convictions; Willing to stand up for those convictions; Able to communication, reinforce and coach/counsel others on those convictions; Unafraid of change / improvement.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills, both in 1-to-1 situations and group settings.
