a well-known MNC in packaging and non-standard equipment industry is looking for a Test Engineer for its regional R&D center.
about the job
- Responsible for routine filling test operation, such as water filling test, SV1, SV2, in house SV3, etc and record test data and summary.
- Responsible for executing GE&A or R&D test independently and feedback test result to R&D as requests.
- Responsible for machine maintenance and cleaning of pilot plan.
- Responsible for trouble-shooting, upgrade and retrofitting of machines in pilot plant.
- Make overhaul and PM plan, and execute/Lead machine overhaul yearly to keep machine in well condition.
- Based on good understanding of machine, support to analyze the root cause with R&D team when issues occurred.
- Assist R&D to establish test procedure/work instruction for new test and test report.
- Assist manager to organize and coordinate site management work, such as temp workers management, EHS/5S management, optimizing service procedure with cost- effective way.
qualifications:
- College degree or above in mechanical design & manufacture, automation related field.
- Basic English communication skills – both oral & writing.
- Good knowledge in using tools like MS Office.
- 5-10 years working experience in beverage / dairy filling and packaging industry. Know well about mechanical principle and process.
- Extensive experience at equipment operation, assembly, installation and maintenance.
- Fast problem diagnosing and trouble-shooting ability.
