1. Use an understanding of IT cooling solutions to convert customer needs into solutions for this growing market.
2. Responsible for converting the identified solutions into architecture and system of system requirements.
3. Control the transition of architecture and requirements over to the divisions and product value streams.
4. Identify and involve key members from the divisions, GT&I, and other teams to find the best solutions.
5. Specify new work processes and standards for the responsible area based on organizational strategy and the mid to long-term deployment plans.
6. Guide relevant internal networks within chief’s areas.
7. Be a mentor for and develop the professional skills of others.
8. Be point of contact for relevant universities and international networks.
