About the Company：

Responsibilities：
1、Responsible for the draft of company annual lean implementation plan.
2、Responsible for the plan, implement, follow-up, and evaluation of all CIP project in the company.
3、Implement OBS Lean Manufacturing with group OBS team.
4、Responsible for employee training on six sigma and lean improvement tools.
5、Responsible to cooperate with all department to drive the company on quality improvement, cost saving and efficiency promotion.
6、Responsible for statistics, follow-up, checking and report of BCITE project.
7、Responsible to evaluate all process in the company, using six sigma tools to reduce the variation and using lean tools to reduce waste.
8、Responsible for the building of CI team and management.
9、Responsible to issue CI report and document management.

Requirements：
1、Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Tech/Safety/Environmental.
2、over 5 years’ experience providing EHS expertise in an industrial manufacturing/chemical environment.
3、General computer skills and especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
4、Fluent English is preferred.
5、Familiar with ISO14001 & 45001 management system. ...
