- Role Overview: The role will be a strategic leader responsible for driving sales growth and market share across the company's premium spirits and wines portfolio.
- Commercial Strategy Development: The role will develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies that enhance brand presence and profitability in the market.
- Omni-Channel Development: Lead the development of an omni- channel approach that includes on-premise, off-premise, and Ecommerce, and other potential channels, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
- Commercial Insights Sharing: The role must share valuable commercial insights both internally with the team and externally with key stakeholders to foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
- New Business Identification: Proactively identify new business opportunities and work with the team to maximize their potential, ensuring alignment with the company's brand values and market trends.
- Route-to-Market (RTM) Strategies: Develop and implement effective RTM strategies that leverage the strengths of the company's premium brand positioning.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Oversee the execution of GTM strategies that ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Customer Base Development: A key responsibility will be to expand and deepen relationships with existing customers while identifying and cultivating new client relationships to broaden the customer base.
- Performance Measurement: Continuously measure and analyze sales performance across all channels, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- 10 years of sales experience within the multinational companies, FMCG or Wine & Spirits experience are preferred.
- Sales/ Trade Marketing/ RTM experience in related channels are preferred.
- Have leadership experience of a 10-people-size team.
- Data-driven and strong negotiation skills.
- English and Mandarin can be used as working language.
