This role will have a major focus the Market Manager on building a deep understanding of our sales channel plus ensuring the new role can provide timely and accurate market intelligence enabling strong decision-making.

- Select and manage distributors
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including Distributors, to foster category, brand, and product awareness in market
- Through market insights, customer engagement and consumer research, develop and fine tune the sales strategy and route to market.
- Generate awareness of the health benefits of their products, to maximise sales.
- Demonstrate the highest possible standards of ethical behaviour in line with their culture and values
- Recruit and manage staff including performance monitoring, mentoring and training as required
skills and experience required.
- Advanced written and spoken English and fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker, reader and writer.
- As well as Sales, have strong experience in at least one or more of the following: Distribution Management, Brand Marketing, Product Management ,FMCG sectors
- Will potentially have strong links with oversees business, or relevant FMCG industry producer country.
- should have a minimum of three years management experience, total 10+years working experience;
- Ideally but not necessarily will have credibility or experience with importing meat;
- Possesses strong business acumen. Able to seek out, then seize an opportunity.
