- Deliver yearly targeted sales volume and profit contribution for one of the brand in China.
- Manage and lead Digital marketing development plan implementation in China
- Support brand activation with digital amplification to create compelling brand experiences that resonate with our target audience.
- Provide local and HQ commercial stakeholder management timely reporting.
skills and experience required.
- Co-develop the MKT plan for YTG2024, Y2025 , with clear milestone, calendar, and KPI.
- Install tracking, analysis and recommendation into timely reporting process
- Develop brand Digital marketing strategy and plan for Y2025.
- Work closely with agency, internal stakeholders, external partners to implement the digital, integration with brand activation in selective markets in China, where matters to the brand building.
- Experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) businesses.
- Knowledge of experiential marketing and event planning.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnerships.
- Proven track record in managing successful brand digital, activation campaigns that drive consumer engagement and awareness.
- Proficiency in English.
- Independent, self-motivated, and a team player.
- FMCG background, preferably within beverage industry.
