Administrative Support
- Be an effective resource to support managers and employees in APAC region.
- Maintain shared spaces to ensure usability and engagement.
- Provide reception support for guests, job applicants, employees and customers.
- Build efficiency and effectiveness into existing operations and define new operational strategies.
- Provide meeting/event planning and logistic support (e.g. team events/ meetings, training).
- Maintain product and swag inventories to support employee events, new hires, and more.
- Provide team budget support and manage operating expenses.
- Coordinate space management and move per business needs.
- Coordinate facilities issues with building management, vendors and services.
- Manage employee and/or team catering orders as needed.
- Coordinate employee experience feedback channels.
Executive Assistant to GM:
- Provide proactive and administrative partnership. Manage complex, rapidly shifting calendars with minimum guidance, making recommendations to organize and optimize time (e.g., calendars, meeting management, planning travel, etc.).
- Manage relationships with a high level of confidentiality.
- Being both a strategic and administrative partner, you will manage a wide variety of high-engagement and tactical responsibilities.
- Coordinate end-to-end leadership team activities (e.g., planning meetings, company events, offsites, employee experience, business reviews, etc.)
- Work closely with the GM and other executive business partners across the organization.
- Serve as a lead and project manager of multiple project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Other administrative works assigned by GM.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of direct executive support, administrative operations management, or corporate event planning experience.
- Solid skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
- English proficiency verbally and written.
