2. Data-Driven Decision Making & System Optimization
-Design and refine data analytics frameworks, lead the development and maintenance of data tracking systems, and ensure accuracy in data collection, cleansing, and analysis.
-Perform deep-dive analysis on sales trends, user behavior, and business metrics to generate actionable insights, driving product strategy optimization and ROI-focused marketing investments.
3. Membership Growth & Engagement Strategies
-Optimize omnichannel membership systems, design campaigns to boost member acquisition, retention, and engagement, and monitor KPIs (e.g., GMV, repurchase rate) to ensure goal attainment.
-Develop personalized member benefits and targeted communication strategies based on user segmentation models (e.g., RFM, AARRR), maximizing member lifetime value.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration & Resource Integration
-Partner with the marketing department to execute integrated content campaigns (e.g., social media, livestreaming, KOL collaborations), allocate resources efficiently, and refine strategies through continuous ROI monitoring.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred).
2. 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with familiarity in major platforms (e.g., Tmall, JD, Douyin) and team leadership experience (a plus).
3. Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel/Tableau; SQL/Python skills are advantageous. Ability to translate raw data into business recommendations.
4. Hands-on experience in member growth strategies, including AARRR/RFM models, with a proven track record in boosting member engagement.
5. Excellent collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and leverage content marketing trends for impactful campaigns.
6. Experience in FMCG, food industries, or prior work with mid-to-large e-commerce brands (highly preferred).
