Background/experience:
Hard skills：

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Tech/Safety/Environmental.
2. over 5 years’ experience providing EHS expertise in an industrial manufacturing/chemical environment.
3. General computer skills and especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
4. Fluent English is preferred.
5. Familiar with ISO14001 & 45001 management system.
6. Understand local and global safety and environment standard and regulatory requirement.
7. Familiar with the basic concepts and processes of EHS management in multinational corporation / enterprises (such as: LOTO, operational changes, risk analysis, emergency response, stakeholder management, special operations, mechanical safety, chemical safety, radiation safety, electrical safety, battery safety, PPE, sustainable development, etc.)
8. Skilled in applying Lean thinking to identify and improve problems.
