Company Profile:
The company is engaged in deep processing business such as punching, blanking, laser welding of automobile plates, and produces "hot stamping laser welded high-strength automobile steel plates".

Responsibilities：

1. Formulate annual EHS-related KPI requirements and submit them for authorization and implementation;
2. Plan EHS related activities, organize and follow up;
3. Create and update Safety Action Norms and Standards accordingly;
4. Weekly RAIA sharing;
5. Monthly EHS report, which includes but not limits to: EHS pyramid-PPT (RAIA statistics and most relevant RAIA description), 
6. RAIA report-Excel (Most relevant RAIA reports with updated follow-up in excel template original), benchmark actions summarizing and updating; 
7. Share the incident alert to Plant Manager after incident reporting;
8. Participate in accident and PSIF investigations if necessary; evaluate corrective and preventive actions, and share results with relevant person;
9. Communicate with Plant Manager and related person about EHS issues; 
10. Understand site requirements and provide solutions;
11. Track the assigned action and rectify result of existing problems;
12. Routine inspection;
13. SYGRIS data submission on monthly basis;
14. Authentication of ISO14001 & 45001;
15. Other tasks assigned by leader.

Requirements：

1. College or above education
2. 5+ years EHS experience in EHS, preferably has the background of chemical/pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
3. English speaking
4. Foreign company working experience 
5. Strong analytical aptitude
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
7. Knowledge of local & state EHS legislation
