Key Responsibilities
1. Secures that resource allocation and competencies toward projects and tasks, by using both internal and
external resources are in line with expectations
2. Responsible to secure people development and capacity to meet present and future needs and lead the
team to complete product design and validation

3. Ensures high quality usage, as well as development, of the electrical tools and softwares used for the
designs and analyses
4. Creating close co-operation together with other R&D locations, other functions and stake holders.
5. Responsible for internal and external technical communication, participating in solving technical problems
from production, process, and quality, and supporting sales and after-sales technical problems
6. Collect technical information in the market, and conduct research and analysis on major competitor’s
products
Requirements
1. Electric Automation, electrical design related majors,bachelor’s degree or above
2. At least 5 years’ work experience in electrical design and more than 3 years of team management
experience
3. Good understanding of the magnetic materials, insulating materials and related production processes
4. Familiar with the R&D project management process and DFEMA
5. Have strong learning ability, execution ability and communication and coordination ability;
6. A proactive and systematic way of working
7. Fluent English, can be used as a working language
8. Experience in electrical motor technology would be beneficiary
