- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic plan to achieve growth targets, increase market share, and enhance brand awareness.
- Manage the brand's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and creating effective marketing and sales strategies
- Build and manage a team of professionals including marketing, sales, training. Develop and lead a high-performing team.
- Oversee the brand's marketing and advertising activities, including social media, influencer marketing, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders, online/offline distributors, and other business partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities to differentiate the brand and drive growth.
- Oversee the product registration process and ensure new products are launched on time, within budget and meet the highest quality standards

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the related industry, with a proven track record of success in brand management and sales growth.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically to drive business growth
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
