Responsibilities：
1、To set up Company's safety policy and procedures as agreed with management. To ensure that site complies to all China safety regulations according to Chinese laws..
2、To ensure that all safety rules, regulations, fire protection equipment are installed, operational and tested to both Chinese law and insurance requirement.

3、To conduct safety awareness training to the appropriate staff to comply with Chinese law and also to train departmental teams safety. Consulting the Plant Management on all questions covering industrial safety,environment protection and fire and explosion protection.
4、Responsible for the handling of emergencies in the factory. Risk analysis, Incident analysis, to monitor success or failure of safety, occupational health and environment and also report it regularly to the line manager
5、Responsible for the supervision and management of hazardous chemicals and waste disposal areas.
6、Facilitate the security guard team and improve their performance；Responsible for the examination, monitoring of the factory electronic enclosures, ensuring the security of the site, the factory personnel and vehicles in and out of safety management.
7、Audit of all EHS aspect at the plant and identification of potential to improve the EHS performance and to ensure the implementation of the corrective actions. Conducting regular audits on industrial safety and ISO system.
8、Collaboration with the relevant stakeholders (internal and external) such as management,workers council,insurance companies,etc. To monitor success or failure of safety, occupational health and environment and also report it regularly to the line manager.
9、To conduct or support conducting periodical ‘Fire Evacuations’. Coordinate with supplier for fire protection equipments are regularly maintained, and run well; Internal monitor the monthly fire extinguishers inspection ;
10、As an employee of SIG Combibloc, you are entitled to behave by yourself and support other colleagues to strictly follow the EHS instruction and direction of the company, to ensure your own occupational health and safety, and also that of others who are affectedby their actions or negligence. Requirements：
1、Bachelor (> 5 years experience) or Master (> 2 years experience) equivalent in Polymer, Chemistry, or Material Science. The analytical ability is required.
2、Possess experience in two or more of the following technical areas is plus: polymer chemistry, polymer physics, polymer rheology, polymer adhesion, polymer formulation, polymer molding, or polymer characterization.
3、Proven communication skills and ability to perform within a cross-functional team environment.
4、Ability to drive change initiatives.
5、Interpersonal and communication skills.
