- Full P&L responsibilities.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in the Chinese market.
- Oversee daily operations and make key decisions to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Manage budgets, develop and implement budget plans for the department and company.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and shareholders in China.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies.
- Manage crisis situations and resolve complex problems that could impact the business.
about the candidate
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership
- MUST have experience in Transmitters.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese market and regulatory environment.
