1. Lead and manage the program roll-out team to ensure the successful implementation of the template-based Microsoft D365 solution throughout the project portfolio.
2. Develop and maintain a detailed program plan, including milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple roll-out projects.
3. Facilitate program governance by guiding roll-out projects and leading program steering committees​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders and roll-out project managers to ensure effective communication and resource allocation.
5. Craft and communicate a succinct narrative that explains the importance of the program, including sharing plans, progress, and challenges with stakeholders.
6. Clarify program objectives and ensure alignment with roll-out teams and partners.
7. Efficiently align multifaceted teams and proactively manage issues, risks, and impediments in a timely manner.
8. Develop a clear view of dependencies and create plans to support well-defined achievements and responsibilities.
