Responsibility:
(a) Responsible for Over-all Program Management & Program Governance, creating and tracking / managing project plans, schedule & outcomes
(b) Responsible for required MI & Reporting at program level, phase level reporting & tracking aligned to the program level governance
(c) Stakeholder Management, mainly Site Level L&D leads, participants along with the PMO / FFPM mail box etc.
(d) Mitigation & Resolution of Risks & Issues reported. Accountable for Phase 1 & 2 deliverables & outcomes.
(e ) Lead working group meeting for the phase and maintain Action Log, RAID trackers etc.

(a) Experienced in project management across culture and geography,
(b) Strong at stakeholder management, planning and organizing, problem solving, customer centricity.
(c) Mastery of Communication and Influence in English
(d) Growth mindset and a team worker.
