about the job:
Development of highly reliable electronic assemblies and rework processes for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA). Focus on press-fit technology development.
- Responsibility for new and improved technologies, rework processes.
- Technical support of local & global product development of electronic assemblies.
- Support local & global production plant for assembly and interconnect processes.
- Cooperation with international development locations (Germany, Hungary, Hongkong).
- Other duties as assigned.
responsibilities:
- Bachelor‘s or above degree in material science, mechanical engineering, physics or comparable studies.
- Working experience 3-5 years.
- Experience in the field of assembly and interconnect of PCBs, especially the experiences in stamping process.
- Enthusiasm for innovative, technical questions and academic work.
- Well-structured way of working and quality mind-set.
- Ability to lead interdisciplinary / international teams.
- Good communication skills.
