Job responsibilities:
1. Production of the design of all mechanical systems and determining the associated construction budget cost during the programming and conceptual design phases, for
large / complex projects;
2. Determining and defining sustainability targets;

3. Review of the design of mechanical systems, produced by other team members, for technical compliance with specified and contracted client / customer requirements;
4. Review of all mechanical tender documentation;
5. Implementing the design checklist and tracking progress.
Qualification
1. Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering in HVAC
2. 15 years’ experience in Mechanical Engineer
3. 10 years’ experience in a Senior Mechanical Engineer position
4. 5 years’ experience in a Lead Mechanical Engineer position
5. Experience with Construction and Engineering Company Project experience in Pharmaceutical, High-tech, Chemical is preferred
6. Good at heating, ventilation and air condition system and GMP.
