Working for new production process, developing new process standard and operating/commissioning machine to produce prototype products.Gathering and analyzing testing data.Working with production & Quality together to Monitoring and improving the existing production process.Job Requirement：
- 3+experience of process
- Experience of NPI. New process testing.
- Process: familiar with Ultra sonic welding, powder mixing, dozing, carbon block baking. Equipment: have basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, servo motor, robot.
- Can work with Office to deal with daily work，skills of cad、solid works is a plus
- Oral and written English are required. Talking with foreign engineer is needed
