- Provide technical support to sales units before orders enter factory.
- Provide technical support to service/spare parts inquiries and site support.
- Provide technical support to other functions within factory
- Support technical inquiries/questions of sales before/during project bidding period
- Support of service/spare part inquiries
- Be responsible of technical documents management for the products in factory, update of brochures and manuals, translation/review of brochures and manuals, technical drawings preparation.
- Laise with global technical support team to develop application know-how and product knowledge, and provide regional support to sales units
- Support QA/QC and service department to investigate the quality issues from technical perspectives
- Support localization activities, supplier visit and technical clarification
- Support the new product transferring project / technology transferring
- Technical support for pump/mixer accessories modification in projects, and site support in case of need
- Provide internal support to different functions in factory.
- Other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned by his direct manager

skills and experience required.
- Bachelor or diploma of Engineering on electrical, automation / mechanical, or other related technical degree.
- 3 years of working experience or more, especially preferred with hands-on experience
- Preferred experience in automation control, PLC, VFD application design or site service
- Experience in pump or rotation equipment application are preferred.
- English language ability, oral and writing are required.
