- Manage and expand relationships with assigned OEM accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Lead contract negotiations and maintain pricing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Production) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of customer requirements
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of account management experience in automotive components industry
- Proven track record in OEM business development and relationship management
- Strong technical understanding of automotive systems and manufacturing processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Willingness to travel (30-40%)
