- Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and strengthen relationships with Japanese Automotive OEM clients.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth through effective account management and business development strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using the company's products.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, and negotiations
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Japanese OEM clients.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
