Responsibilities:
Test Development
- Develop technical specifications in line with the new product introduction, test environments and product change objectives.
- Develop technical test concepts to allow for the test support of current and future product development.
- Develop test specifications for system requirements, function, interface, hardware, and software to allow for current and future product test development.
- Develop technical test solutions based on system specifications to fulfil current and future product needs.
Manufacturing Engineering
- Contributes to a manufacturing strategy that focuses on Lean manufacturing and is in alignment with New Zealand.
- Develop and recommend manufacturing solutions to meet business requirements.
- Successful change management and implementation of all projects.
- To establish standardized testing processes and make continuous improvement. Work with New Zealand engineering team to diagnose and optimize testing system.
- Supporting on production group with testing and product knowledge. Modification of existing product tests to resolve failures and product weaknesses.
Skill/Knowledge Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, major in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- 3-5 years leadership experience.
- Solid experience in LabView, TestStand, testing equipment HW structure design.
- Know about programable power supplier, signal supplier and NI main party.
- Proven practical knowledge of Lean manufacturing.
- Experience in electronic circuit analysis and schematics analysis is preferred.
- Familiar with Linux system and programming languages such as Java/Python/C++, or database tools such as SQL/MySQL is preferred.
- Strong logical thinking with problem analysis and solving skills.
- Highly self-driven and results-oriented, and can work under pressure and willing to hands-on.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
