Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Minimum 5-8 years of related experience, including 3-5 years of mold design, project management; 
2. Able to use of CAD 3D (SOLIDWORKS preferred) for various mould and tooling application; 
3. Fluent in English written and oral communications; 
4. Self-motivated and willing to quickly adopt new technology and processes; 
5. Teamwork player and willing to work under pressure. 
6. Have the experience of debugging the injection machine process. 

Responsibility： 

1. Maintaining、fixing and improving of the molding tool 
2. Maintaining of other equipment of the factory, keep the production line carry on 
    
3. Engineering and equipment improvement, machine parts purchasing 
4. Technical tooling support for the development of new products/processin medical and automotive areas; 
5. Manage the qualification of external tooling suppliers; 
6. Technical support and root cause analysis to advise the most long-term repairs of the existing molds ,then negotiate price and conditions in close alignment with purchasing; 
7. Supplier development in case of quality issues and emergency activities; 
8. Responsible of projects improving, related to existing production processes and technology; 
9. Load the mold and unload the mold if necessary. 
10. Debugging the Injection process if necessary 
11. New mold kick off management
