Job Description
This position will work in Research and Development Center Electrical and electronics component and software department shake table operation.
The key role of this position is to use lab vibration to validate the design concept as well as improve the designs in terms of reliability, durability and performance of the machine products and major structural systems.
The major responsibilities will be included but not limited to the items as below:
Work closely with the component engineers, machine integration engineers, Test engineers, manufacturing engineers and Global SME to complete the assignments.
Responsible for assisting and collaborating with the US vibration Expert to investigate the failure root cause and conduct design iterations to solve the quality issues.
Responsible for lab vibration test plan creating, progress documentation, root cause analysis if fail, test report to summarize the results.
Requirement
Must have vibration, fatigue or experimental knowledge and must have the experience of implementing these knowledges on solving real problems.
Capable of using vibration data acquisition instrument to collect data. And be able to use data process software to analysis the data, however, experience in other equivalent engineering analysis software is acceptable
Deep understanding of the material nonlinearity and constitutive modeling is a plus.
Deep understanding on Fatigue / Damage theory is a plus.
