Full range responsibility of the company's areas of production, EHS, process, maintenance, quality management and SCM etc. and fully manage and steer the efficiency of the plant. Ensure that all operations and plant meet the short- and longer-term Plant target, in a cost effective and safe manner
Job responsibilities:
- As Plant Manager you will assist in the creation of the organization's vision and strategy and execute the operations plans to achieve quality, safety and performance targets.
- Set up EHS target of Plant, regular review, follow up and evaluate the target with all department managers.
- Take overall charge of the routine administration of plant; well handle all the daily work of Plant.
- Manages continuous improvement (productivity, quality, organization, safety, environment, use of tool systems, order, cleanliness)
- Ensure profit management and proposes the annual plan of investment of the Plant, analyses with the controller about the plant cost and well control variance.
- Coordinates the annual and long-term budget realization of the site, include cost saving and MRO Control.
- Provide leadership to train, develop, support and motivate your teams to peak performance.
- Be responsible for planning, designing, structuring and optimization of work processes and work systems, taking into account modern methods and technologies such as Six Sigma and Lean Production
Job Requirement:
- Engineering background, prefer Refractory, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Inorganic Material, Chemistry major;
- +10 years management experiences in operations (prefer working experience both in foreign and local operations);
- Good knowledge of law and regulation. Fluent English. Good computer and presentation skill.;
- Good management and leadership capabilities. Loyal, good communication skills, self-motivated, good team spirit, work under pressure. Good competence in organization building and coordination. Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, Strong negotiation skills and positive attitude and pursuit of excellence.
